Pennsylvania Supreme Court Upholds Ruling Barring Nader From Ballot

Today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling that ordered Ralph Nader off Pennsylvania’s presidential ballot.

The one-page order, released Tuesday, did not include any explanation.

The Nader campaign plans to seek injunctive relief from the US Supreme Court.

    I think ralph picked the wrong fight on this one, rather then trying to claim that potential voters - who had not registered yet are actually eligable, He should have pointed out that he had 9.5 times the number of valid signatures the democrats are required to get yet PA law Art 1 section 5 supposidly gaurentees:
    “Elections shall be free and equal; and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.”

    Game over for Nader in Pennsylvania. The US Supremes are NOT going to save his butt there.
