Nader Loses Illinois Challenge

October 20th, 2004

Yesterday the Illinois Supreme Court rejected an emergency challenge to a ruling barring Ralph Nader’s name from the state ballot.

The court did not issue an opinion. Instead, it filed a brief order rejecting Nader’s motion asking the high court to get involved.

The Nader campaign still is seeking relief from the 7th Circuit.

Simply unjust and unreal. It is just typical that they would not give a concrete explanation as to why anyone is refused access to the ballot. Nonetheless, I will still write-in Mr.Nader and Mr.Camejo because as I have said in countless discussions and groups….I AM A REGISTERED AMERICAN VOTER AND I REFUSE TO ALLOW BIG CORPORATIONS TO DICTATE ELECTIONS ANYMORE!!!!!!

I will also write in Nader/Camejo because the era of 2 party politics is OVER!
