You can buy pixels/blocks from the site and add your own banners/ads which contain link to your own page.
There is 1 million pixels in site and you can deside which place you purchase.

Last year, the party officer with the legal responsibility to communicate the name of the presidential nominee to the state elections office refused to do so because his faction thought Ralph Nader, who already had an independent ballot line, should have been the Green endorsee. The candidate who had the best chance of requalifying the party for ballot status was also a member of that faction, and she withdrew from her race; thus the new petition drives. The GPUS recognized the faction that had wanted David Cobb on the ballot as its legitimate affiliate.

I gather that there are long-standing differences about internal decision-making procedures as well, as is often the case in the Green Party. There was already a split a while ago that led to some prominent Greens joining the Democrats.

I can't tell you the difference between the two factions of the Green Party, but I can provide you the URL to their web sites.
http://www.gput.org/index.shtml is the party affiliated with the National Green Party.

http://www.greenpartyofutah.org/ is the unaffiliated party
