The time of the two party monpoly is nearing its end. The dems and repubs are only listening to their corp. owners , not the voters. To make this constitutional political change happen we must fix the pres. debate problems . This country is waiting for a party to take the lead and protect our borders and our citizens from this invasion from the south. A party with the backing of the minuteman project could be this party but they must get into the debates or it just wont happen. PLEASE everybody read the book NO DEBATE by George Farah

Almost all of Gilchrist's votes will, of course, come out of the hide of the Republican nominee in December.

Are the Libertarians running a candidate? If so, the same is true of the votes he receives.

If a Democrat were to win this race by a margin less than the total Gilchrist-Libertarian vote, maybe it would be a wake-up call for the GOP-- not only on immigration, but also on pork-barrel spending and big government.

For years, I thought it was silly to have a president of one party and a Congress of the other party. The actions of President Bush and the GOP Congress have changed my mind on that subject.

I did not know Jim Gilchrist was a member of the American Independent Party. The California Affliate to the Constitution Party. I think Jim Gilchrist and The minutemen are doing the right thing for America. I know California is a state where immigration is a real crisis and the Californians are now realizing that.I do support the Minutemen. Immigration reform is needed and we need more immigration refom congressmen in Washington, DC
