S.President, you tell me. It is all about what "dumb" lawyers have been, and are continuing to do for years! They "put up straw men" so that they have something to knock over the easy way. One thing they do is take your $350. filing fee and throw you out for alleged lack of jurisdiction and then do not give your money back. It is all some monumental "Texas Holdem" ! This question comes up because I was advised by a person circulating a petition for putting it on the ballot related to sick leave being required by law and Kenny advised me that I had to print my name on the petition below my signature .There is no such law requiring this, and I could paper the government to death over such a ludicrous requirement? Were those signature/petitions approved , or not, and if so, were those petitions checked by someone of that party other than the person who circulated them before they were filed? In Iraq it looks like you had to pay to fees and then submit about 500 signaturse to register your party.
