Again, as I wrote to you in the past (I have a copy) and informed you that in 1998 Tri-Met illegally terminated me. I was discriminated, my civil and human rights were violated. Tri-Met violated the Constitution of the USA (Amendment V, Section 1, terminated me without of the Grant Jury). TRI-MET did discrimination, retaliation, conspiracy, witnesses tampering, abused power, did fraud, perjury and etc. It is a federal crimes, but Tri-Met still is on federal and other taxpayers funding. You didn't reply. It is a crime: USC T 5 Section 2302 and punishment should be at least 2 years prison term. You do NOT support our Constitution, and on base of US Constitution, Amendment XIV, Section 3 - you can't hold any office. US District Court Judge Panner dismissed Tri-Met's report against me as a fraud. And the Oregon Employment Department also found my termination illegal and allowed me unemployment benefits. But I was not reinstated and was not compensated. Why? So, Tri-Met has no case against me. Why I was fired? Why I was discriminated and my civil and human rights were violated? I many times contacted the Tri-Met's Board of Directors, you and BOLI, but no action. You are not convicted yet criminal. The BOLI refused to investigate my Complaint. Why? It is a crime and you did nothing. More time - more money will be paid by Tri-Met (taxpayers). Again: funding TRI-MET is supporting criminals in TRI-MET, it is a federal crime. I demand from you to support our Constitution: the BOLI must perform it duty and obligation: must investigate my Complaint of discrimination. Stop spend taxpayers money on TRI-MET.
