		<description>Extensions of time to respond to lawsuits are routine.  In fact, such extensions are normally simply done with the consent of the Plaintiff&#039;s attorneys.  When the Plaintif&#039;s attorneys will not extend that courtesy, an application to the court for an extension is required.</description>
