The Libertarian Party is back on the ballot in Maryland. The state confirmed that the petition submitted last month is valid.
I believe that this makes the LP the first of the third parties to achieve 2008 ballot access in states holding a majority of electoral votes. The Greens, IIRC, aren’t far behind.
Reform Party of Florida has permanent Ballot access for all offices including President.
