I'd like for New Orleans to be. (Of course, I live a few hours north, so...my opinion is biased) But it WOULD have obvious advantages. The new party in Louisiana could use the bolstering of support and publicity. Plus, New Orleans could use the revenue. Ya, Kansas City is getting good press on the issue.
