On March 30, the Connecticut Joint Government Administration & Elections Committee will hear a bill to move the presidential primary from March to February.

I think the answer to the primary craze of moving up is to make a national primary day. If the current trend continues in a couple more election cycles the primaries will be the February after the last election.
