New Socialist Group May Run Presidential Candidate for First Time in 2008

June 6th, 2007

The Party for Socialism and Liberation was formed in 2004, mostly by people who had left the Workers World Party. The Party for Socialism and Liberation is pondering whether to run a presidential candidate in 2008. The party decision will probably be made in the next 30 days. The party’s web site is www.pslweb.org.

OK. How would they be different from the SP, SWP, SLP, WWP, et al?

  2. Steve Rankin Says:

Socialists and liberators of the workers’ world… UNITE!!

  3. Stine Says:

“What ever happened to the WWP?”

    “He’s sitting over there…”

  4. Phil Sawyer Says:

Your question, Michael, would better be stated by asking how are they different rather than how would they be different.

At this point in time, most of us probably do not have enough information to know the answer for certain.
