October 28th, 2007

On October 28, the Iowa Democratic Party set its caucus date: January 3. It is now likely that New Hampshire will set its presidential primary at a later date within the first half of January. Thanks to Tony Roza for this news.

  1. David Weller Says:

After a year and a half of presidential candidate visits, I think most people will have made up their minds by then… After that, they will consider the next president for the next 11 months… This money-raising and money-counting is taking much too long.

  2. Demo Rep Says:

How about ALL Prez primaries on the day after each Prez general election day (or even the same day for the next 4 year cycle) — to reduce the machinations about dates ???

or do the super obvious — ABOLISH the timebomb Electoral College.

Approval Voting for Prez — NO STONE AGE MORON leftwing / rightwing extremist primaries, caucuses and national conventions are needed.

  3. WILL Says:

LETS HAVE A NATIONAL PRIMARY. ITS TIME TO STOP THE CIRCUS.
