Paper ballot’s are great. But like the 1962 election paper ballot can be cheated too.

And let there be only two election days per year — Primary and General/ Run-off — all “special elections” would be held on either of these two dates (no more special election days exclusively for school board, etc.

I think this is a good idea. Paper ballots take longer to count but after subjecting us to months of mind numbing campaigning if it takes a few days to have a verifiable result… who cares? Let the politicians sweat it out for a while waiting for the results!
