Democratic National Committee Wins Florida Lawsuit

On December 5, U.S. District Court Judge Robert Hinkle upheld the Democratic National Committee’s right to deprive Florida Democrats of any delegates to the national convention. The judge ruled immediately after the hearing. The case is Nelson v Dean, northern district, 4:07-cv-427-RH.
