Constitution Party Files Notice in Texas, but Unity08 Hasn’t Filed Yet

The Constitution Party has filed the required notice with the Texas Secretary of State, saying that it intends to try to get on the ballot this year. Unity08 still hasn’t filed that notice, but it isn’t due until 6 p.m. Texas time (central time), January 2.
