An election is on its face CONSTITUTIONAL or UNCONSTITUTIONAL. If it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, it MUST BE stopped (just like any other UNCONSTITUTIONAL activity) -- and have the EVIL MORONS involved pay for the new election --- i.e. BANKRUPT the EVIL MORONS involved and put them in jail for about 100 years as an example --- so that elections are NOT subverted. Again -- elections are one of the very few things that State governments MUST do. One more MORON judge.
