No wonder this vote count looked so small. I wonder if many people in D.C., even among Green supporters, even knew that there was a Green primary there yesterday. I also wonder if there were any precinct irregularities as there was in Illinois regarding availability of ballots, or is that not an issue in D.C. because of the technology they use for voting?
