		<description>Someone did an enormous amount of homework on this brief. I found it to be incredibly dense and almost impossible reading, and Nader&#039;s briefs (including those filed on his behalf) are usually pretty clear and articulate. I wonder how much of a role he played in actually preparing the brief.

A classic example of Nader&#039;s style was the letter he sent to Ed Rendell regarding that judge who sputtered the now-famous &quot;most fraudulent exercise ever perpetrated on this court&quot; line. He used simple mathematics to make his argument for him and demonstrate the impossibility of the judge making a correct ruling. It was rather masterful, but of course politics, biases, and cronyism overruled the cold truth of simple numbers.</description>
