Mike Gravel got 4% of the vote in the Nebraska Democratic primary. I think that might have been his highest percentage in any state. However, he was one of only three candidates listed for president.

The Libertarian Party still hasn't turned in its party petition. It has been underway since 2007, but the party should have turned it in by Feb 2008 if it wanted a primary.

I'm curious as to what the parties did in the same election in 04, 2000, 96 & 92 (if applicable).

Wasn't the LP able to have a primary in the past?

The candidates in that primary were set in late February, which was before either Keyes or Baldwin was running, so it wasn't a very meaningful presidential primary. Another reason it isn't meaningful is that the party has already held its national convention!
