If the veep candidate is the same guy, Thomas L. Knapp is also running for Congress as the Libertarian nominee in MO’s 2d District. His blog is Kn@ppster. He’s a cool guy, but he’s no Marilyn Chambers.

I am not a member of BTP, but I have had [telephone] chats with Mister Jay and he did seem to be on top of things. He was also a receptive listener and composite gentleman! Just one opinion from Citizens For A Better Veterans Home.

But are members of the Boston Tea Party all that knowledgeable about Charles Jay’s positions on issues? I’m not saying he doesn’t fit the party; I just don’t know.

This is a very exciting ticket that will provide some relief for Ron Paul supporters and other libertarians who do not feel that that other third party candidates fit the true libertarian policies they are looking for.
