The so called New York county committee chairs only got their seats though fraud. We did a mailing to all their so called county committee people. There was about 1/3 that did not even know they were on it. Anther third was returned. They put a New York City police officer on the committee with out his knowledge. This could have cost him his job, because police office can not hold party offices. But the worst was they put a young woman on the county committee who was in Iraq at the time. And her moth stated that she had been for over 6 months at the time. If you don’t believe me just call the New York City Board of Elections and ask them how many complaints they received two years ago.( 212-487-5300) I still have all the back up information. They are up to their same tricks this year too.

The State Committee got it's control of NYC on June 10, 2008.

County Leaders of New York City Independence Party Respond to Court of Appeals Decision Robert Conroy v. State Committee of the Independence Party of New York
June 10, 2008

“The New York City county organizations continue to control the Independence Party line in citywide elections, including the 2009 races for Mayor, Public Advocate and Comptroller. With our expanding base of support at the local level and thousands of Independence Party members joining county committees in their boroughs, we will continue the fight for democracy in the party. Ultimately, the future of the party will be decided by the voters, not the courts.”

Cathy L. Stewart: Chair, New York County IP

Robert Conroy: Chair, Kings County IP

Gerald Everett: Chair, Queens County IP

Sarah D. Lyons: Chair, Richmond County IP

I have always been leary of the [California] Peace and Freedom Party and their operational affection of quotas. Same with the NYIP.

I see Messer MacKay continues his flirtations with the Republican Party. earlier he held a lovefest with John John McCain.

Looks as if Messer MacKay is a closeted Republican or perhaps that is another source of his remuneration. He has made political prostitution a career. Please get a real job Franky baby.
