Legally, since the duopoly failed to meet the deadline for naming candidates and missed the deadline for "Write-in Declaration"; assuming a judge doesn't overturn these deadlines, the duopoly will not get the votes in Texas, right? This almost guarantees the House select the President; I love it! I’d love to see McCain & Obama cry about the “unfair” election laws.
