This is good news and a good use of LP funds.

The LP is a Party. It is a group of people seeking to roll back the size of Government at all levels. The members don't agree, and don't have to agree on every issue - just the general direction. We can become a big tent and roll back the State.

George Phillies IS a baby, sore loser, incapable of handling his rejection by the LP, incapable of growing up. If he were a real Libertarian, he'd work for the cause and substitute willingly and gladly. He'd be happy to have a chance to help roll back the power of the State in NH and MA.

Phillies would be doing the same thing no matter who got the LP nod. Phillies is NO Libertarian. He wants to be King.

If George Phillies was a supporter of the Libertarian Party or the libertarian movement (and not just a self-promoter) he would be a co-plaintiff in this lawsuit. Really he's just as much a prick as the LNC and just as stupid. He's and his phillistines trying to kick my sexy ass out are never going to outmanuver me.

The suit seeks to kick George Phillies off the ballot. Bob Barr is already on.

The lawsuit is not a waste of money. It isn't costing very much, and if the party wins, it gets its money back. Also, the double petitioning this year cost far more than the lawsuit is costing. The goal of the lawsuit is so we never need to circulate two petitions for the same office in the future.

Another goal of the lawsuit is that, if we win and the legislature must pass a bill fixing that one problem, we can perhaps get other badly-needed improvements in the same bill.

Except this ignores the fact that LPNH had other options which would have allowed substitution, namely collecting more petitions in the first place.

Among other good reasons this lawsuit is a waste of time and money. And the LNC is paying for it, not LPNH. Nice waste of National LP dollars.
