This would be so great! Late filing by Eugene Platt for SC State House with the Green Party was one of the reasons the Federal court ruled against him on Thursday, stating uncertainty about whether he had standing, even though he had filed by the deadline with the Dems and Working Families parties.

Today’s Austin American-Statesman ran an article about this today with the following sentence:

“Buck Wood, an Austin lawyer expert in election law, said Barr’s interpretation of the law seems correct.”
