Also, they probably should've served Rochelle Etzel, since they're accusing her of fraud. But the decision seems pretty clear that no fraud could be discerned, and that the LP was simply following the rules and attempting to put forward their best possible candidate. Unless Stabile and his lawyers come up with a different (and better) argument, they'll fail in the PA Supreme Court as well.
