		<description>If you read the full decision (which I just now did), you&#039;ll see that the court says they should&#039;ve served both the LP-Pa and national LP.  Also, they probably should&#039;ve served Rochelle Etzel, since they&#039;re accusing her of fraud.  But the decision seems pretty clear that no fraud could be discerned, and that the LP was simply following the rules and attempting to put forward their best possible candidate.  Unless Stabile and his lawyers come up with a different (and better) argument, they&#039;ll fail in the PA Supreme Court as well.</description>

		<description>This is starting to make my brain hurt. Why would they notify national Libertarian Party officials? They ballot access drive is run by the LPPA not the LNC. They can&#039;t even file suit against the right people.</description>
