How will those Louisiana voters, who are not yet registered , and have not voted , be able to vote for their Congressmen, on Nov. 4, since their primary is Oct. 4, 2008, compare this with Ohio case " Ohio v. Brunner ", does this mean that Louisiana's unregistered voters have been disenfranchised? As Brunner claimed these Ohio voters, probably mostly homeless people, who truly do not have an address? Can a homeless person claim his address is the ' homeless shelter", and is this Brunner's way of heisting the Republican's, just like Blackwell, a Republican Sec. of State , did in 2004. Is this turnabout is fair play while Brunner damages these legitimately registered individuals. Today, I observed maybe 10 individuals using the computers at the Franklin Co. ,Ohio , Bd. of Elections, which were previously used by candidate/ checkers to check these voters credibility who registered today, with computers which contain erroneous data, and incomplete data, so how can these voters be verified correctly, this way?
