    TIME sneering condescension as usual. But that’s just a “technicality.” So, I sneer condescendingly on TIME.

    Defining part of Barr’s campaign has been its litigiousness?

    If the states didn’t throw him off the ballot for political reasons he would not have had to sue.

    Time Magazine writers need to read Ballot Access News to see how the system is rigged.
