		<description>Their is a wonderful research paper that was published a few years back called &quot;A Second Look At Third Parties&quot; that really dug into the assumptions that most of the justices make regarding the purpose of elections.

I really think that anyone interested in electoral reform, especially as it relates to 1st and 14th Amendment issues should read it.  For me it really helped to explain why the Court makes the rulings that it does and what might be done about it.</description>

		<description>This is a no brainer.  There is a conflict of interest and if the court does not recognize this it will send a message to the American people once again of how corrupt our system is and to what lengths it will go to prevent third party candidates from having a voice in our democracy.
