Idaho Republican Party Case Set for February 17 Argument
November 28th, 2008The oral argument in Idaho Republican Party v Ysursa will be held February 17, 2009, in U.S. District Court in Boise. The issue is whether the Constitution protects the right of the Republican Party to exclude outsiders from its primary. All the briefs should be submitted by mid-December.
