On the afternoon of December 5, the U.S. Supreme Court announced that it had accepted two particular cases. The Court had held a conference earlier in the day to consider which cases to accept. The Court did not release any orders concerning the cases it rejected. That will not be released until Monday, December 8.
Since the Court did not accept any case concerning the eligibility of Senator Barack Obama to be president, it is extremely likely that the Court’s order list of December 8 will show that it denied the New Jersey case on that subject.
monday morning at 10AM the court will either deny the emergency application, or not have any order in that case (unusal and perhaps significant) or it will order something other than a complete denial such as an order to Obama & Co. to immediately file a response — e.g. before next Friday’s Dec 12th conference the last before the Dec 15th Electoral College date and the last scheduled conference this calendar year.

I agree with “Undercover” on this one. America has the right to know the truth. Present the Real “Birth Certificate”, and throw that “Birth Certification” in the trash because it lacks the details! We are all aware you were born; we are not aware of what the Citizenship your parents had at that time, nor what hospital you were born in to verify anything. It is useless to get to any “Facts” surrounding controversy without Hospital information included on The Actual “Birth Certificate” that was signed by the Administration at the hospital you were born in; including detailed information that states these details of your birth. As an American Citizen, I politely request you to provide the 9 U.S. Supreme Court Justices with the “Actual Birth Certificate”, signed by the Hospital Administration where you were born. This will end all controversey surrounding this issue Sir.

Obama is currently an American citizen, having returned permanently to the US in the late 1970s. If he were born a US non-citizen, he had to be naturalized. There is no proof, such as an affidavit from an INS agent or the naturalization paperwork itself, that such an event occurred. Unless the government was willing to break scores of laws to help an unknown college student, Obama was born in the US. More importantly, a Honolulu newspaper printed a birth announcement.
The case the Supreme Court will decide whether or not to hear also challenges John McCain’s eligibility. So far, I can’t find mention, much less positive mention, of that claim outside of the Alan Keyes fan club at aipnews.com. First, I don’t get why. The lawsuit was filed after McCain lost, so it’s a moot point-there is not an injured party, a prerequisite to a lawsuit. Both of McCain’s parents, John McCain II & Roberta McCain were US citizens when John McCain III was born in 1936, so Sen. McCain is a natural born citizen.
The United States Supreme Court Justices do not need to make a decision on Obama’s “natural born citizenship”. All they need to do is enforce the United States Constitution requirments to be a candidate for the Presidency. The Constitution is the basic law of the United States of America so what is the problem if Obama is not a natural born citizen then the Justices should make him step down and eliminate a Constirutional problem of the future. Sorry Obama produce a original certificate or go back to your senator’s seat.
If Obama is not a citizen of the United States as he maybe then he should be assested and deported from the United States. If he is not a US Citizen he has no right to even be a US Senator. Deport him and deport his aunt also. If Michelle Obama hates this country deport her to a country she likes.
