Furthermore, the Court has refused to look at elections as primarily an exercise in the First Amendment. My suggestion; back my proposed Civic Liberty Amendment and ask your elected representatives to introduce and or support it! Robert;

Some films and or television programs are more political then others. Constitutionally I am less concered with the specific, protected content of a film or television show and much more when it comes to having some level of transparency and accountability involved.
