Don Grundmann now claims he signed the so called
"PETITION FOR CALL TO CONVENTION & STATE CENTRAL
COMMITTEE MEETING" as a member of the AIP "State
Central Committee". Yet he did not sign that document as such. He signed the document only
as a member of the "National Committee". Further,
Elliott Grahm (sic. signed as Elliott S. Graham,
with no explanation as to why the printed name
and signature and type name is different), Al
Huey, and Merton Short also signed as the National
Committee only (not the State Central Committee).
There were 13 on the National Committee. I count
only five of the eight that signed the so called
petition as claiming to be on the National Committee (which included Charles Deemer in that
number). Five (5) of 13 is not a majority.

This reminds me of the time that the King of the
Hawaiian Islands was playing poker. The King of
Hawai'i laid his five cards on the table with
three Kings and two Fives. Spreckles then laid
down four Queens and an Eight of Clubs. At that
point the King of the Hawaiian Islands claimed the
pot. Spreckles said "Four Queens bets your hand."
The King replied "No! Four Kings bets Four Queens."
and then pointed to himself.

Bottom line 5 of 13 does not make a majority of the
National Committee of the AIP or 4 of 8 Elected Offices of the State Central Committee does not make a majority of the AIP Officers. Don Grundmann
is not a King either. Also he could find no support
for himself from the California Delegation to the
Constitution Party at the Kansas City Convention in
April 2008 for his run for President of the United
States other than is own one vote.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party

More disinformation from Dr. Don Grundmann. I did
not write the press release which Mr. James King
put into a wad and through at me from several feet
away on June 28, 2008. Just because James King did
not like the activites of the AIP State Central
Committee by its affiliation with the America's
Independent Party, does not give him the right
and through a wad of paper at me.

The AIP state central committee had a quorum at its
meeting on June 27, 2008.

The meeting that did not have a quorum was the 2008
organizational meeting for Los Angeles County AIP.
That was because Mr. James King was a no show at that meet and was called by the registar of voters for Los Angeles County. Elliott Graham worked very hard to get his quorum and then James
King does not show, so Mr. King brings down the
Los Angeles AIP County Committee organization.

For those who do not understand the word "toal"
in Dr. Don Grundmann posting above. Toal is a
translation of Irish word for "people mighty" ,
from the Irish word "tuathal".

Don Grundmann claims no majority was that the State
Central Meeting on June 27, 2008. He is wrong. There was a quorum.

" The following day Mr. James King through a wad of
paper at me in a hotel lobby. I opened the wad
and noticed it was a copy of said press release
noting that the National Affliation of the AIP
was the America’s Independent Party of Fenton,
Michigan."

Response : The ultra corrupt Mark Seidenberg refers many times in his screed to by-laws, rules, etc. but he continually refuses to acknowledge the so-called " vote " which he used to produce the press release which he then wrote regarding the fake disaffiliation of the AIP from the CP. The truth is that the fake vote for the fake disaffiliation was conducted by just 5 to 7 people ( out of a toal of 17 ) Central Committee members; a clear minority and hence a outright case of fraud and conspiracy to perform that fraud of which he was a key in performing these criminal actions. The facts are open and plain that Mark Seidenberg is, as with his boss Alan Keyes and his fellow conspirators, a common criminal. The website TheCorruptionofAlanKeyes.org will soon document these criminal activities and the criminals, such as Seidenberg and Keyes, themselves.

We now know that Dr. Don Grundmann can not count to
nine. In an other posting Dr. Grundmann claimed that the people who signed the "PETITION FOR CALL TO CONVENTION & STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEETING"
were the American Independent Party state central
committee. Only eight persons signed that so-called "petition" and Dr. Grundmann must have counted Mr. Charles Deemer twice to come up with
nine, i.e., counting offices, since Charles Deemer
was claiming to be treasurer and natioinal committee man. However, be warned that there are
21 offices/officers elected by the State Central
Committee(of 8) or the National Committee(of 13) which holds alternative to the state chair for calling meetings other than the organizational meeting. Nine out of 21 in no majority.

Therefore, who does Dr. Grundmann believe were the
officers and national committee members on or about
May 28, 2008. Bottom line it is not true that "a
petition signed a majority of the party's elected
officers included the National Committee members",
because only eight persons signed that petition and
it was not sent to Mr. Ed Noonan, Chairman, American Indenpendent Party by any of the eight who may have signed the petition. I know until
Mr. Richard Winger of Ballot Access News informed
be of the case of King v. Robinson in case #FCS033119, in Fairfield, Solano County Superior
Court, I had know clue that only eight names were
on the so-call inchoate "petition", because the lowest numbers of signatures who have to come up
with eleven officers including the national committee of thirteen.

Let's see if Dr. Grundmann can turn eight signatures into eleven persons. That would be
truly something. Grundmann need explain how he
get a majority out of eight people and when the total is 21?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party. AIP is an affiliate of the America's Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan
since June 27, 2008. I have been the Vice Chairman
of the American Independent Party since September 3, 2006, when I was elected in Sacramento (Rancho
Cordova) at a meeting the the AIP State Central Committee (and re-elected at the California Secretary of State Building's Auditorium on Sunday,
July 6, 2008 by the AIP State Central Committee for
an additional two year). WARNING: Dr. Don Grundmann
the and Mr. James King hold no office in the American Independent Party.

It is further an out right disinformation on Dr. Grundmann's part that the American Independent Party is a Branch of the Constitution Party. If
Dr. Grundmann ever read the Constitution and By-Laws of the Constitution Party he would have known
that "Nothing in this Constitution or the by-laws
of the Constitution Party shall confer upon the
national party any authority to direct the internal
affairs of any state affiliate". Constitution of the Constitution Party, Article III-State Affilation, Page 2, lines 7 - 9.

It clearly states in the By-laws of the American
Independent Party adopted in the July 4, 2008
Meeting of the American Independent Party State
Central Committee that the "natiional affilation
of the American Independent Party shall be with
America's Independent Party, 17195 Silver Parkway,
#336, Fenton, MI 48430 pursuant of Section 7639
of the Election Code allowing such affilation to
be by Bylaws provision instead of resolution."
Article VIII - NATIONAL AFFILIATION.

The American Independent Party however first affliated with the America's Independent Party
on June 27, 2008 at the meeting of the AIP
State Central Committee on the passing of a
resolution. 33,000 press releases were sent
out by-email.

The following day Mr. James King through a wad of
paper at me in a hotel lobby. I opened the wad
and noticed it was a copy of said press release
noting that the National Affliation of the AIP
was the America's Independent Party of Fenton,
Michigan. Mr. King at that time was a National
Committeeman who made me his proxy holder to the
national Constitution Party convention held in Kansas City in April, 2008, when I was the elected
chairperson of the California Delegation. [This
could be why Dr. Don Grundman is against Grace Hill, because she place my name in nomination as
the Chairperson of the California Delegation and
Dr. Don Grundmann could not get even one other member of the California Delegation to support his
run for President of the United States.] At the
time I was directed by James King to not case his
vote for Dr. Don Grundmann, but to vote for Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes for President of these
United States.

I take it that Mr James King is hostal to me personally, because Mr. King through a wad of paper
at me in a hotel lobby the next day. In fact prior the wad of paper throw, I have not received paper this way since I gave a student (then in the eighth grade) a "D" on a home work he submit, when I was teaching in a middle school in the City of Burbank, CA in the mid 1970's. That young man was removed from my class by the Boy's Vice Principle and was expelled from that school. Maybe, the AIP
need a new officer, viz., a Boy Vice Principle to
deal with Mr. King and Dr Grundmann. I forgot we
need's a Girls Vice Principle to deal with Ann Thomas and Nancy Spirkoff.

Fortunately I will soon be establishing the website " The CorruptionofAlanKeyes.org. " at which the incredible corruption of Alan Keyes and his crime syndicate members; Mark Robinson, Mark Seidenberg, Ed Noonan, Tom Hoefling, and Gerald and Grace Hill will be completely exposed. The full story of their criminal actions will be brought to light so that the nation may learn what utterly corrupt rodents they truly are. A knowledge of their crimes and corruption will be the legacy which they leave for the generations to come so that our nation may always remember, and hence avoid like the plague, the treason and the traitors which work to destroy all that the Founding Fathers risked their lives, fortunes, and sacred honors to create. They illustrate how morally corrupt and bankrupt our nation has become and will hence be beacons of darkness that future generations may look to as the scum of history; perfect examples of complete moral degeneration; to avoid.

Reply to # 13 post by Don Grundmann.

In a prior post by Dr. Don Grundmann, he said that
the petitioner, viz., elected officers signing the
petition for call to convention & state central
committee meeting, was the state central committee.

That would make the State Central Committee of the
American Independent Party as having only eight
members.

According to the exhibits filed in King v. Robinson
case number FCS033119, which I became aware of by
Richard Winger of Ballot Access News, the following
eight persons signed a copy of that petition if in fact Elliott S. Graman lawfully sign his name (because the printed name under the signature was
stated as "Elliott Grahm") and weither the signature was lawful for Merton Short, because the
signature was below the printed name of Merton
Short:
Ann E. Thomas, Secretary (who I am informed was not
a member of the AIP state central committee, but
only a non-member elected officer) until
September 3, 2008, because of a two year term.)
Warren Campbell, Chaplin (who is a member of the
AIP state central committee), who held the
office of Chaplin until September 3, 2008.
Don Grundmann, National Committee until September
3, 2008 (who is a member of the AIP state central
committee and attended the AIP 2008 convention
on July 5, 2008 in the Auditorium of the
California Secretary of State Building in
 Sacramento, CA as a delegate.
Elliot S. Graham, National Committeeman, who's
term ended on September 3, 2008 if it is a pro-
per signing, because the printed name does not
 match the signature.
Charles Deemer, Treasurer & National Committee
 until September 3, 2008.
Tabatha Sevedra (who does not have a matching
signature to the printed name of Tabatha
Saavedra.) There is a problem here if it was
even properly petitioned because, the AIP
officers list submitted here as Exhibit CC
states the Organizational Liaison is one Tabatha
Sevedra and not the printed name on the Petition
as Tabatha Saavedra) who term ended on September
 3, 2008 as Organizational Liaison.
Al Huey, National Committee, (who was claimed by
Charles Deemer in Exhibit ff that Mr. Huey was
not an elected officer, and therefore it follows
that Mr. Huey petition is ultra vires. Deemer
made this claim at a event in Los Angeles on June
29, 2008) who's term of office ended on
 September 3, 2008.
Merton Short, National Committee, (who was claimed
by Charles Deemer in Exhibit ff that Mr. Short
was not an elected officer, and therefore it
follows that Mr. Short petition is ultra vires.
Deemer made this claim at a event in Los Angeles
on June 29, 2008) who's term of ended on
 September 3, 2008.

What is Don Grundmann claiming now as the number of member of the AIP State Central Committee as of June 29, 2008? Does he now subtracts Mr. Huey, Mr.
Short, Mr. Graham, Mrs. Thomas, and/or Mrs. Sevedra
from his count?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.

Graman lawfully sign his name (because the printed name under the signature was
stated as “Elliott Grahm”) and weither the signature was lawful for Merton Short, because the
signature was below the printed name of Merton
Short:

He only lost his seat in the past election in 2008(in 2006 he won by a razor's edge.) I think there is a pretty good chance he will run again.

Mark/nitwit : I, nor anyone else, has ever claimed that there were ONLY 9 members on the Central Committee. This is yet another Mark Seidenberg lie. We present the simple fact that there was a MAJORITY of 9 ( out of 17 total - simple math which you cannot do ) that called for convention; a call which was ignored in violation of party by-laws by your ( Keyes )racketeering gang in order to perform your criminal actions.

Now Don Grundmann is claiming that the AIP Central
Committee membership was 17. This is a figure up from Grundmann prior claim of only 9 persons on the
central committee. Grundmann should ask Ann E.
Thomas how many persom the AIP state central committee.
