Perhaps you good gentlemen should retain the services of one John Blare of the Independence Party of America to mediate your little disagreement.

I am sure that after he drafts all his required procedures you may have a first review of the matter in 2045.

He can also enlist his newest cohort "Bobby" Kumar-Kolatee, whom Messer Blare says his his new Reform Party Chairman, but bare in mind that "Bobby" is not Kumar's actual name and he added "Kolatee" to his name in an attempt to shy away from his criminal conviction of faking his own kidnapping, perhaps the good Gov. Sanford learned from Kumar.

Anyhow, it seems that your Party is headed down the same road as chaps in the Reform Party, perhaps Mr. Blare can have Mr. Kumar installed as Chair of your Party as a "unity" effort, afterall Kumar now claims title, Chair and affiliation in about 3 different political parties.

Perhaps he should start an American chapter of his native India's Congress Party and take on yet another name, Ghandi.

Cheers

" 5)The State Central Committee affiliated with the

Response - The website TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.org will shortly document the corruption involved in the so-called " affiliation " which Mark Seidenberg mentions as well as his personal corruption in the process.

Refutation to Don Grundmann's post # 14.

1) Conventions of the AIP are governed by the California Election Code. Not the By-laws of the
State Central Committee. Delegates to the Convention are not the same as members of the
State Central Committee.

2) The Election Code require the State Central Committee to meet on Sacramento on the Sunday
following the Saturday Convention which is also
in Sacramento. Los Angeles is not the location of
either.

3) Don Grundmann is a member of the State Central
Committee, but held no office in the AIP since September 2, 2008.

4) His post as Area Director was removed by Chairman Ed Noonan in 2008.

5)The State Central Committee affiliated with the
America's Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan on
June 27, 2008.

6) Don Grundmann has never been the Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party

" Cody this a refutation to your post 12. Baldwin was
not on the ballot in California because his supporters did not even place his name in nomination at the July 5, 2008 Convention of the
American Independent Party in Sacramento."

Response - Mark Seidenberg continues his non-stop lying by failing to mention 1) the actual AIP convention, CALLED ACCORDING TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE PARTY, was held the previous weekend in Los Angeles where Baldwin was chosen as the AIP candidate; and 2) that Ed Noonan and Mark Robinson were ready at the fake Sacramento convention mentioned by Seidenberg to arbitrarily deny voting rights to anyone who would challenge their corruption and pro-Keyes vote; something which did not and would not occur at the L.A. convention as we hired a professional Parlimentarian to monitor all of our actions so that they were completely legal and performed according to the rules. The website TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.org will finally be up and running in a few days and it will explain and expose the corruption of Keyes, Seidenberg, Robinson, Noonan, and Hoefling. I did " attend " the fake convention of Seidenberg et.al. but only to confront them for being the Judases and utterly corrupt liars that they were and still to this day are.

Cody, Keyes and his supporters were the reason Baldwin wasn’t on the ballot in California. That’s why I say he was a blow to Baldwin.

= yet Baldwin still got more votes then Keyes nationally, and also got more votes then Keyes in Florida and Colorado, where Keyes was on the ballot. In fact, Keyes didn't even come close to 100,000 national votes!

Keyes got more votes than I expected him to get in California. I wonder why? Did he actually have supporters? Or do many American Independent Party voters simply vote their party regardless of the candidate. He sure was a blow to Baldwin!

= Baldwin wasn't on the ballot in CA you numbskull! And in those few states where both Baldwin and Keyes were both on, Baldwin got more votes then Keyes in all of them; in fact he got way more votes then Keyes did nationwide, and was on in more states too. Baldwin even got more votes then Peroutka did in 2004.

Baldwin also got several thousand write-in votes in CA.
