Genius math folks on this list — take note in the gerrymander stats of –
1. the UNEQUAL votes for each gerrymander area winner, and
2. the UNEQUAL total votes in each gerrymander area.
– resulting in the EVIL indirect minority rule in electing both houses of the Congress and the Prez/VP — since 1789. [really EVIL for the U.S.A. Senate]
REAL Democracy NOW –
1. Total Votes / Total Seats = EQUAL votes for each winner = P.R.
2. Approval Voting for electing NONPARTISAN executive and judicial officers — vote for 1 or more, highest win (who have the highest *approval/acceptable* votes).
