Carl Romanelli Asks Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Reconsider Fees

On August 31, Carl Romanelli, Green Party candidate for U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania in 2006, filed his own pro se Petition for Reconsideration with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The case concerns the $80,000 that Romanelli’s challengers were awarded some years ago. The petition is here, and it is heartfelt and gets directly into details that the Pennsylvania state courts have overlooked in their previous actions in this case.

Carl Romanelli Asks Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Reconsider Fees — 5 Comments

  1. I hope he gets the fees waved, but this is no different than the bully, communist thug tactics of Hugo Chavez . . . tactics that the socialist Greens now get to feel first hand. Somehow this looks like justice to me.

  2. I guess I don’t understand why he didn’t appeal this to Federal Court. its pretty clear he will never win in the partisan Pennsylvania Courts.

  3. How can the judge who is a member of the Democratic Party and who is elected as a Democrat preside over law suit brought by the Democratic Party? Judge, jury and executioner and more. The judge is a plaintiff.

  4. Democrats have nothing to do with democracy (democracy;
    a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state)
