Ohio Ballot Access Law Will Receive Hearing Soon

The Ohio House of Representatives Committee that handles election law bills will begin hearing testimony on HB 260 during the week of October 13-16. HB 260 is a very long bill that revises dozens of Ohio election laws. Among other things, it eases ballot access for new and unqualified political parties. Hearings will be held over several days, and it isn’t known yet which days will be devoted to ballot access. Ohio’s Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and her office wrote the bill.

  1. one thing that might tie this legislation up, is that Jennifer Brunner is challenging Lt. Gov Lee Fisher in the Primary for Senate seat. a lot of the old guard in the party are really angry with her for running.

Jennifer is great, an ally to all working people in ohio.

  2. How many times can the MORONS in the various State regimes mess with election laws ——–

    Election Law 000000001

    1. Electors – Registration
    2. Ballot Access – Candidates/Issues
    3. Make Ballots
    4. Vote Ballots
    5. Count Ballots
    6. Election Results

Add a YES (*LEGAL*) or NO (*ILLEGAL*) to each step of the above (and all YES/NO flow chart substeps).

All New Age so very difficult and mysterious — ONLY for the growing numbers of New Age election law MORONS — in the courts, in legislative bodies, in the media and elsewhere.

How come the MORONS in state legislatures can apparently NOT copy the election law in a State that is somewhat rational and EQUAL for ALL candidates for the same office ???
