Will any of the genius lawyers have enough brain cells to bring up the 4 July 1776 Declaration of Independence ???

Any pro or con petitiions regarding the DOI in 1776 ???

Sign pro and get hung by the Brits.

Sign con and get hung by the American patriots.

Likewise stuff with abolishing slavery, going to wars in far away regimes, etc. ???

DemoRep, I guess that you are saying that I should get hung for signing and circulating Prop 8. Isn’t that what the founding fathers were leaving the Brits for. The right to dissent without recourse of government prosecution or persecution is the major fundamental right of the people.

    #2 Sorry – WRONG analysis.

It is none of anybody’s business who signs what petition to put issues on the ballot.

The party hack extremists in the gerrymander Congress and gerrymander State legislatures have brought about the current EVIL left v. right situation on all sorts of issues.

Glad you feel it is none of anyone’s business. I support freedom from government suppression and oppression.
