Winston-Salem Journal Newspaper Condemns North Carolina Ballot Access Law
October 27th, 2009The October 27 issue of the Winston-Salem Journal has this editorial, criticizing the state’s ballot access law and calling on the legislature to improve it. Of course, if the pending Libertarian-Green ballot access lawsuit wins in the State Supreme Court, that is an alternate path to a better law.

Thanks for putting this up. I’m glad to see this type of editorial in a NC newspaper. Hopefully it will do some good.

Attack ALL gerrymander regimes 24/7 — regardless of the armies of brain dead know-it-all moron media reporters.
Half the votes in half the gerrymander districts = about 25 percent ANTI-Democracy minority rule in ALL 50 State legislatures — who enact all the ANTI-Democracy ballot access laws.
UNEQUAL votes for each gerrymander district winner – EVIL monster monarch.
UNEQUAL total votes in each gerrymander district — political concentration camp.
I.E. nonstop party hack gerrymander EVIL since 4 July 1776.
SCOTUS and the other party hack courts are too EVIL stupid to detect the math — along with the armies of brain dead zombie lawyers doing ballot access cases and gerrymander cases.
