The Herald, daily newspaper for Everett, Washington, has this story about the upcoming 9th circuit hearing in Doe v Reed. The case is on whether the Secretary of State should release the names and addresses of petition signers to the public. The hearing is in Pasadena, California, on October 14.

DemoRep, I guess that you are saying that I should get hung for signing and circulating Prop 8. Isn’t that what the founding fathers were leaving the Brits for. The right to dissent without recourse of government prosecution or persecution is the major fundamental right of the people.

It is none of anybody’s business who signs what petition to put issues on the ballot.
The party hack extremists in the gerrymander Congress and gerrymander State legislatures have brought about the current EVIL left v. right situation on all sorts of issues.
