How many delegates per candidate would have been going to the GOP national convention when the final vote was totaled?

It isn't just 3 delegates who were impacted, it is the vote at the RNC for the state of Nevada. Sue Lowden's group stopped the voting by walking out, then said they'd have a new convention but didn't, appointing state delegates by conference call with no vote at all.

Essentially, Ron Paul had come in 2d behind Romney in the state, and when Romney delegates chose second choice after Romney bowed out, they chose Ron Paul, not McCain. The rest of the votes would have gone to Ron Paul delegates as well, because the room was voting something like 280 to less than 80 for Ron Paul delegates and against McCain delegates. That is WHY the lights were turned off - the GOP 'leadership' didn't have the votes even to call a recess.
