Not a discouraging word about the basic message of Judge Underhill (well-presented in this article) that minor parties and democracy itself got screwed by this 
Connecticut if-you-expect-us-not-to-take-bribes-you-better-pay-us bill. 

All the snarkiness was reserved for the self-serving duopolists in the legislature who wrote this &quot;public funding&quot; measure of, by, and for themselves.
