The North Carolinians for Free and Proper Elections is also proud to be part of working on the Amicus for the Libertarian and Green Party lawsuit. We are glad to be a part of this movement and look forward to great results in NC in the coming years.

One small correction: the case didn't automatically go from the court of appeals to the state supreme court. Rather, the divided decision in the court of appeals meant, under NC law, that the supreme court was required to accept an appeal if the plaintiffs so chose. The plaintiffs did so choose.
