National Popular Vote Plan Bills Expected in 2010 in 44 States
December 28th, 2009The Capital Times of Madison, Wisconsin has this story about the National Popular Vote Plan movement, in its December 28 issue. It says that the organization expects to have bills introduced for the plan in 44 states during 2010.

Stop the minority rule gerrymanders in the U.S.A. — which are taking the U.S.A. to political – social – economic DESTRUCTION.
