The California NAACP recently released the list of its positions on statewide ballot measures. The group opposes Proposition 14, the “top-two” measure. Thanks to Blair Bobier for this news.
I remember a several years back that the NAACP hosted a debate where they only invited the Democrat and Republican candidates and excluded the Libertarian Party candidate who was also going to be on the ballot. I’m glad to see that they are supporting fair elections this time unlike in the example that I just gave.
