Florida Candidate, Kept off Ballot Because Filing Fee Check was Short One Cent, Won’t Sue

Neil Combee, who wanted to run in Florida’s Republican primary for the legislature, but who accidentally wrote a check to pay his filing fee that was one cent less than the precise amount required, will not sue to get on the ballot.  See this story.
