Did some of the Western States after the Civil War allow foreign folks undergoing the naturalization process the right to vote — to encourage LEGAL immigration into such States ???
Why are they excluding North Dakotans?
Hmm….not so sure that is possible in Texas. I’d have to check the election code language on “delegates”, but I don’t think the code allows this cross party activity…if AE gets ballot access as a party.
