  2. Candidate/incumbent replacement lists for legislative body vacancies.

Default – legislative body fills vacancy.

Due to barbarian surprise attack terror regimes legislative bodies now must be 24/7 — same as executive branches.

  3. If IAP nominee Tim Fasano would start explaining to the voters of his Nevada congressional district how a Congress controlled and managed National Bank issuing debt-free and interest-free US currency would help eliminate the 14 trillion dollar National Debt, his 3% just might jump to 13% overnight.

But no, he’s too happy trying to “out-Republican” his GOP opponent.

  4. AI, you don’t live in Nevada, and henceforth don’t know how Nevadans feel- please shut up.

  5. #7 okay Cody, so a poll from a local Nevadan television station’s website gives Tim 40.4% of the vote. We don’t know how many people have voted (16 people could have voted), who has voted, if the people voting are old enough and are actually going to vote, live in Nevada or not, if there’s any ballot box stuffing, or if the poll is actually credible. And you expect us to believe that your opinion that the other two polls are “crap?” I’m not questioning the people of Nevada; maybe they are supporting Tim in droves (which is what I hope). I’m just questioning your argument that your so-called “poll” is more credible than the other two “crappy” polls.

  6. #7 Actually, Tim told his supporters to go stuff the ballot box here: http://electtimfasano.com/

“By now, many of you may be aware of the poll being conducted by KRNV-TV Channel 4. I encourage you to go to http://www.mynews4.com and go to the poll and vote for me…this poll is not a scientific poll…”

I’d like to hear you explain how this almighty online poll of yours is more credible than the others.

  7. typical poll numbers for third party candidates. didn’t someone once say that if there were no tea party candidate, numbers for third party candidates would be higher this time around?

  8. Demo Rep, how would you like this idea?

Have each party nominate a list of 2 candidates, one incumbent and one alternate. Just like Belgium. Hell, voters could be given the choice to vote for one of the alternates if they think that they could be better reps than the incumbents!

  9. #11 As you may have detected, I do NOT appreciate the robot party hack nomination process — NO primaries are needed via P.R. and App.V.

The candidate replacement lists could/should be filed when the candidate files his/her candidate paperwork — i.e. become public info for the voters.

What is the cost of each special election vote compared to a regular general election vote ??? 5 times, 10 times, more / less ???

  10. Demo Rep,

OK, I agree with that. But I was suggesting something better. Having each party nominate a team (they can nominate via private primaries, conventions, etc.) The winning candidate, the one with the most votes, wins the race. Let voters vote for either of the two candidates, just like in Belgium.

  11. #7, I’m simply pointing out that you really can’t trust polls in the first place, especially these; this poll in the article was done by a liberal organization, and the other where Amodei was leading by double-digits was put out by a conservative organization that tends to support GOP candidates.

Yet Tim simply asked people to vote in that one poll, and apparently he does have a good base of support indeed.

  12. “AI, you don’t live in Nevada, and henceforth don’t know how Nevadans feel- please shut up.”

Okay, Cody Quirk. So you speak with authority that the people of Nevada want to return to the Gilded Age when the “haves” controlled everything and the “have nots” just scrapped out a living. Is that what the people of Nevada really want? Do they want only a rich class and a poor class? Apparently that is what the IAP thinks is best for them.
