Nevada Special U.S. House Election Results

The Nevada Secretary of State’s web page shows these results for today’s special U.S. House election, 2nd district: Republican Mark Amodei 57.09%, Democrat Kate Marshall 37.11%, independent candidate Helmuth Lehmann 4.12%, Independent American Party nominee Tim Fasano, 1.69%.

New York also has a special U.S. House election today, but New York State Board of Elections never reports any votes until the official tally is determined. The Republican nominee won, according to unofficial press reports.

  1. NY – one of the all time short term winners — NOT a chance to win the 2012 gerrymander election ??? Duh.

  2. Based on a previous article on this website showing polling for this race, it appears that the undecided and over half of Fasano’s support went to the GOP candidate. Mr. Fasano, keep your head up. Just running in the race is an encouragement at this time. See my post on Louisiana for further explanation.

    Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha! You ole “Calvin Coolidge Republicans” disguised in “IAP sheepskin” just don’t get it do you? You never will. Most people – including most in Nevada – are NOT going back to that pre-Herbert Hoover mentality. When are you going to understand that?
