On November 18, James Ogle filed to appear on the ballot in the Libertarian Party’s presidential primary in Missouri. So far, he is the only candidate in that primary, although filing does not close until Tuesday, November 22. Ogle lives in California.

Does this mean the American Independent Party of California will not have to worry about Ms. Nightingale
running in 2012 under the AIP label in California, because of her support for Mr. Ogle in the past?
