On December 12, Rocky Anderson and other leaders of the Justice Party held a press conference in Washington, D.C., to announce the formation of the party. There are many news stories about the party that were published earlier today, but so far none seems to have been written by reporters since the press conference was held. UPDATE: see this story.

Richard, you may have been retained by the Anderson campaign, so I understand if you can’t answer. But I’m curious about a couple of things. Were Justice Party reps at the NOC 2012 conference you attended this weekend? Do you think they are planning to do ballot access on their own, or is Anderson going to go the Americans Elect route?
Regardless of party (or lack thereof), http://BeYourGovernment.org hopes to utilize social networking to the max to replace Congress (more critical than presidency in my eyes) with non-corporate senators & representatives.
Just making it official that he is in a “different” party than Buddy Roemer’s. All part of the AE plan.
